NHTA Social Grant Awards 2018

NHTA is very pleased to describe and recognize the Fall 2018 Grant Awards.

Monic Coates, Kitayama Elementary School

Ms. Coates "Kimochis" program is a social-emotional educational curriculum that assists students by helping them to have a productive and powerful interactions in and out of the classroom.

Jesse Reta, Cesar Chavez Middel School

Established the "Chavez Food for Thought" Food Pantry. The program supports the understanding that in order to have successful day at school, nutrition and health is an essential foundation and need.

Erin Del Porto. James Logan High School

"Caps and Gowns for All" is a program that assists all High School graduates have access to the once in lifetime event of High School regardless of any financial standing or need.
